- Remove the shoes and any laces if necessary.
- Shake the bottle well.
- Spray inside the shoe, holding the spray about 10 cm from the opening.
- Aim the spray towards the front of the shoe to thoroughly treat the insole.
- Let air out for a few hours before putting the shoes back on.
